The Council House 2 (CH2)
This building is an administrative real estate that has been commissioned in the year 2006. In many of its benchmark features the most important one is that i
t has received the highest possible rating of six stars in Australia’s Green Star environmental accreditation. The model of the structure was designed so that it relied on low consumption energy system as far as possible, while not compromising with the premium grade quality commercial building (Zandieh & Nikkhah, 2015).
