It has been noticed that production and revenues have started reducing over time since the introduction of the new systems that were aimed at helping and making work easier. It has also come to my notice that most of the employees are also not using the installed systems in their daily work activities. The reason for poor results has not been clearly identified as the working environment has been created to be conducive to the entire employee.
The production and revenue were high long before the installation of the new systems that were thought will be in the position to help in the increasing of the production and so revenue. The computer systems were to make work easier as there will have no point of working manually this reducing the hard work that was being done by the employees (Means, & Rankin, 2010). This has not been the case as the results have been seen to be the opposite of the expected. The systems that have been installed are not helping at all, and it has led to the decline of all the activities that were being done.
It has also been noted that most of the employees are not using the installed systems in the day-to-day operations (Bell, 2004). The fact that the computers systems are aimed at helping the employees when it comes to the matter of efficiency and speed; they have not been using the methods in your daily operations. This has made the production and revenue to reduce drastically. This, therefore, calls for a meeting that we will have to discuss more and be able to know where the problem is.

It has come to the management’s notice that the companies progress has been deteriorating drastically over the past few months ever since the introduction of computer systems for the workers. The company has been experiencing low revenues over the past few months, and the reduction in production has aided this. The reduced production has been able to reduce the company’s revenue to appoint that has raised the alarm in the company. The reduction has been drastic to the point that it had become worse than when the company had not yet introduced the computer systems (MacLennan, 2011).
Most of the employees have not been able to fully incorporate the use the new computer systems in the daily operations of the company. Despite the fact that the computers are not being used, the revenue and production had also reduced which is incomparable to the time when the computer systems had not been introduced. Before the introduction of the new computer systems the production was at a level that was able to realize a profit at the end of the financial period, but at the moment the company has realized reduction in both production and revenue.
The management wants to have a meeting with all the employees so as to discuss the problem that is making production to reduce which leads to revenue reduction (Guffey, & Loewy, 2014). The meeting will also have to address the issue that is making the employees not to use the newly installed computer systems in all the operations that they carry out on a daily basis.
