Your portfolio should capture rich ideas, resources and innovative practice around Business Process Management around the context of the specified topics. Topics include: Business Process Strategy & Organisational Processes and Structure; Business Process Performance Management & Business Process Management; and Business Process Analysis & Business Process Modelling).

To develop and write a well-informed ePortfolio, you are to conduct an Internet research on the specified ePortfolio topics. Search for items related to each ePortfolio topic. The items you may include in the portfolio could be YouTube videos, clips from lectures and/or tutorials, relevant websites and your own work that you produce in the tutorials. You should review the items you find around the specified topics. Select a minimum of 5 items for each week to add to the relevant portfolio page. The Business Process Strategy are the strategies or approaches that are undertaken by an organization in order to detect, execute ,model, control and enhance the processes of a business, with the objective of achieving results that are consisted and in coordination with the goals and objectives of the organization (Chang 2016) . In order to implement the business process strategy effectively it is necessary to master process management, which is a vital cog to add value at each step of the production chain. It aims to deliver the final product of any organization effectively and efficiently to the customers (Rosemann and vom Brocke 2015).

• It helps in understanding of business processes in an organization.
• Provides new services and products for the customers immediately.
• It allows re-using resources of technology.
• It helps in reduction of cost and time in adopting new technologies.
• It also helps in optimized use of human resources.
• It helps in management of tasks that are in process and also monitor them in the real time.

Organizational Process

The organizational process helps in identifying the type of work that is to be done in order to achieve the goals of organization. It also helps to assign the tasks to the individuals in an organization and organizing the individuals in the framework of decision-making. An organization, which is an amalgamation of various entities that works in coordination effectively and efficiently, is formed by proper implementation of organization processes.

Generally, the organizational process consists of five steps (Knuplesch et al .2013). The five steps are as follows:

• In the first step of the organizational process, emphasis is given on the plans and objectives of an organization. .It is necessary for the management of any organization to scrutinize the plans, as the plans changes continuously and new goals are conceived.
• In the second step of any organizational process, it is necessary for the managers of any organization to enlist and analyze the tasks that are needed to be completed in order to reach the goals of the organization.
• The third step of organizational process involves classification of work activities into manageable units .The management of any organization generally classifies the department of the organization into four models .The model includes four groups –functional, product ,geographical and customer .
• In the fourth step of organizational process the managers of any organization assigns the defined work to particular individuals .This individuals are given the authority to carry out the tasks assigned to them in order to accomplish the organizational goals .
• The fifth step involves design of hierarchy of relationship in an organization, which involves vertical and horizontal relationships.

A proper organizational structure is necessary in every organization (Naqshbandi and Kaur 2013.). The different types of organizational structures in an organization (Pereira and Almeida 2014). They are as follows:
