Describe the Justice and Change in a Global World.
Answer:
I Should begin this opinion editorial by saying that doing the common good is one of the most important things in the lives of the human beings. The human beings should always try to help the other people first and then care about one’s own self. This is the primary duty of the human beings both locally and globally.
I think human beings were sent to the earth for doing this common good to the human beings. The responsibilities of the human beings thus vary from the social to the personal levels as w
ell. This helps the human beings to keep their dignity (Butts and Rich 2012).
I think one of the best professions in the community in the present time is nursing (Barker 2012). I think the nurses can be considered as the heart of the healthcare system in the world. I think all the nurses should be respected as they take care of the helpless and sick people all over the world. I think all the nurses should be very cautious in order to keep their dignity as well.
I think the nurses are the motivators in the community who are always on the charge of rescuing the ailing people from the grasp of death, ignoring their own well-beings and sacrificing their priorities.
I have felt in my professional life that the nurses are very well respected by the people and they are much apathetic towards the human beings who are always in misery (Butts and Rich 2012). I have had the idea of how pathetic is the life of an ailing patient. This is why they cannot simply rest properly whenever they are on duty.
I have experienced that the nurses need a lot of mental strength in this profession if they are willing to survive. The human dignity should be kept by the nurses if they can serve efficiently in their line of work. The senior nurses should always come forward to serve the junior nurses to perform their duties properly and by keeping their human dignity as their first priority (Butts and Rich 2012).
I believe from my past experience in this profession that we have to serve the community with our whole heartedness and curing the ailing people. If the senior nurses are not able to motivate us in the difficult times, we will suffer from indecision.
I have felt that some of the girls in this profession feel the pressure of overwork and they behave badly with the patients sometimes. This very definitely decreases the human dignity of the nurses. If this malpractice continues for a longer period, the reputation of the hospitals will be ruined as well as the dignity of this profession (Shekelle 2013). This profession serves the community so many people will feel deprived of the services that the nurses offer.
I feel that the nurses should always follow their ethics and this will be very much appropriate for them to retain their dignity and doing the common good for the society (Speroni et al. 2014) I know that the nurses have to handle several pressures in their work so they have to keep their calm all the time. This becomes quite hard for them and they are unable to keep themselves calm and composed.
However, they should always act according to the ethics they are taught. If the interpersonal relationship between the nurses is not built up properly, they will not be able to soak up that kind of work pressure. They should deal with human dignity and common good of the people as their first priority indeed.
I have come across the fact that the number of nurses is not sufficient as per the need. This is why I feel that it is extremely necessary to reappoint more nurses into the health infrastructure. As the nurses do the common good for the society and they engage in doing the needful things for the community they should be respected in the utmost manner (Nieswiadomy and Bailey 2017).
I would suggest that the healthcare institutions should manage their infrastructure properly that will be very helpful to recruit new nurses by introducing new courses indeed. This will benefit the society by every means. The entire thing will become even more meaningful if the nurses become successful in their professions and serve the community with utmost pride.
