This website is constantly updated with new regulations concerning businesses. Updated information will also be received from the lawyer who will constantly update the company about any legal requirements that have been changed (Butler, 2015). |

There will be weekly meetings in the restaurant and this platform will be used to update personnel on any legal information and policy changes. E-mails will also be used in updating staff on any changes. All new staff will be given a copy of the induction policy and legal procedures for the restaurant. Any changes will be highlighted to staff accordingly (Serrat, 2017). |

Training will be carried out to ensure that all staffs have an understanding of their roles and responsibilities. The restaurant will also organize outside training by experts for the staff. This will enable staff have an outsiders view of the restaurant and get educated on legal compliance requirements by restaurants. This will enable them to understand their roles and responsibilities (Tucker, 2017). |

A compliance policy is used to manage regulatory compliance because it will have rules that will be followed by staff to ensure that the restaurant follows overall regulatory requirements. Through the compliance policy, the restaurant will put up staff policies that are a reflection of regulatory requirements. This will ensure that requirements laid down to be followed by restaurants are effectively implemented through staff (Tucker, 2017). |
