Answer 1.

Documentation search involves search of official document, data that was published in the past Journal and research papers. Documentation search help in tracking past work on any particular topic. The research paper the written record of  the original work and experiments done on any topic It is a kind of academic work done in the past and contain references on that topic for better understanding. Journal search of any particular clinical practice will help in knowing past work, so that one can do fresh work on that topic. The work in journal can help in understanding the topic more thoroughly. A literature search especially research papers in the journal helps in analyzing, evaluating, and collecting scientific evidence derived from studies done in the past. The case study in nursing helps in getting clear idea and knowledge of the patient treatment and nursing caring. Study of different situation during treatment and nursing care helps in future planning and caring of patient in that situation. Study of past journal of particular clinical topic helps in making wise healthcare decisions during patient treatment. The search of data from journals help in identifying future research methodology and patient care in any disease. Case study of Jenny Coste helps in nursing care during patient treatment. Jenny Coste suffered from Pneumonia at the age of 10 years due to weak immune system. She was reported Leukemia and this lead to weak immune response. Weak immune system often leads to various infections and other disease like Pneumonia. It is caused by Bacteria streptococcus pneumonia too. Treatment of this girl was done with best nursing care. Registered Nurse duties include monitoring vitals of the patient such as Blood pressure, heart beat etc and relating any abnormal condition to the Doctors. She should relieve patient by giving assistance and advising method to take out cough easily. In this way she should relive patient. Such case helps Registered Nurse to take patient more efficiently and methodically.

Case study is a kind of research work done on any particular topic here it is on clinical studies. Case study is the intensive study of patient and its treatment and nursing care. Case study of Jenny Coste also helps in future nursing criteria and methods of treatment. When patient suffers from two diseases its clinical treatment care become more difficult. Jenny Costa suffered from Pneumonia at the age of 10 years. Later on it was found that she had Leukemia too. Due to weak immune system she become prone of infection and developed Pneumonia. Weak immune system often leads to various infections when patient is having disease like Leukemia. It is caused by Bacteria streptococcus pneumonia too. Treatment of this girl was done with best nursing care. Registered Nurse duties include monitoring vitals of the patient such as Blood pressure, heart beat etc and relating any abnormal condition to the Doctors. She should relieve patient by giving assistance and advising method to take out cough easily. Registered nurse should give timely medicines and make aware patient about the future medication and side effects .She should relive patient by assisting her during treatment clinically. Such case study can help Registered Nurse to take patient care more efficiently and methodically

Searching good and reliable journals and other electronic data made me aware of the search method. One also get used to internet for reliable data sources. Research paper and other literary articles searching is required in research and learning the new assigned topic So many articles are present on the internet but only few are reliable and correct. So search should be exact and from reliable source for getting correct information of any particular topic. To search any article to get any information on any topic following criteria one should adopt. First, good knowledge of computers and internet search required. Second, to get reliable source of information reliable website and database should be used. One should keep in mind reliable database like Pub med, Medline etc. Third, one should be aware of various search engines like Google, Alta Vista, Yahoo etc. Fourth, good journals like Journal of Nursing, Science Direct, and Journal of Oncology one should search for related articles. Fifth one should take standard references from journals for further studies. The above search made further research study easier as important database and use of keyword become quite clear. Experience researcher can search concerned article easily and in less time as compare to the beginners.
