There exists a direct relationship between research and ongoing professional development. The study or the research conducted helps in the collection of the suitable evidences. The evidences will help me  in the establishment of the training culture and practices within a health care setup (Cook and Odom 2013). The research will further help me in establishing the key support strategies to nurses the health of the children can be impacted upon positively.
