Portfolio Reflection

From the portfolio for Week 5, I have learnt about the success factors required to implement the organizational project management. The management commitment is required to follow the success factors of project such as leadership, continuous improvement, and the organizational change management. I have understood what is realistic with the project resources and timeframes of the project.
