The project initiation as well as the planning has been covered in the topics which were from week 1 to 11.There were different lessons which were learnt within these weeks.
The lessons which were learnt would enhance ones understanding to projects through learning skills and knowledge.
How I planned to gather and document lessons learnt
I planned to gather all the lessons which I learnt from the notes provided and other secondary sources used in class work.
Through peer to peer learning where we exchanged information with the friends.
Moreover I would store the data gathered in the computer for future references on the lessons learnt.
Lesson learnt framework-what happened
Through the identification and the collection of the lessons that were learnt from week 1 to week 11.
Brainstorming ideas with fellow students, got references from the journals and books to collect information from the related lessons learnt.
The data was documented in the slides and stored in the computer for easy references.
Conclusion
Project managers’ needs skills to ensure they motivate the workers.In the implementation of a project communication is essential to all the parties involved.
