They have different kind of courses which included part time course as well, which gives more opportunities for the student. The weakness is that in the workload is way too high, they eve lack logistically, to run a management both the inbound and the outbound logistic have to be strong, they should also have the knowledge of the materials that are coming from overseas, so that they have better understand of the actual cost of the raw materials, which includes taxes and transportation costs. The University has numerous opportunities in terms of growth and improvement. They have many contacts, they can do overseas program and do import and export. They can start training programs and collaboration with other overseas Universities.
They have the opportunity to improve their quality, now with all the information available in the market and with the new technology there are many new ways to reach their standard. The University can also do start partnership and distribution. As they have a vast courses and some of this involves animation, audio recording technology and broadcast journalism courses which involves a lot of expensive equipments, therefore to have a good quality television or a computer and proper equipments and to lack that can turn out to be a huge threat. Technical issues and difficulties can also lead to a big problem, even art and festival management can be an issue.
