Students are encouraged to base their discussion on a current and significant issue. Guidance will be provided by tutors.
Your analysis should take into account a range of stakeholder opinions and include evidence where appropriate. The paper should conclude with your views on the concept of Professionalism, based upon your analysis and discussion.
The structure is for you to decide, but it should contain three elements:

- Analysis – a critical examination and discussion of the issues and different opinions, including what was said during classes where appropriate. - Conclusion - your considered opinion based upon the review of the literature and your assessment of the range of viewpoints discussed in the Analysis.

According to me, the process of the implication which is related to the IT ethical issue in the professional field should be one of the most fragile sector which should be taken into consideration. Most of the time it can be seen that the ethical aspects which are related to the IT organisation form a basic standard of working which would be directly utilizing the different operation related to internal as external working of the organisation. Care should be taken in the field of policy implementation of the organisation and how these policy should be implemented within the working of the organisation. It can be sometimes the role of the project manager to take into consideration different aspects which are related to the policy utilization and proper functionality of the organisation. The employee should be very much aware of the different working of the organisation. The different employee of the organisation should be working within the organisation in an ethical manner which directly effecting the sector of the working within the organisation. There are different types of rules which are applicable from the sector of the government according to which the organisation have to work and stay compiled to follow the policy. The rules or the policy directly support the sector of the internal working of the organisation and it can also be connected with the sector of the safeguarding the data of the organisation. I have come to know that the data of the organisation is a major factor which directly implies proper working of the organisation. It can be stated here that if there are any loss of data it would be directly affecting the overall working of the organisation and it would be also affecting the position of the organisation in the market field.
