Write on why Juan Hernandez Alberto should be investigated further by the police in the case of the murder of Marcus Donoghue.

It is needed to have concrete evidence before convicting anyone for murder, as murder is not a small crime. Based on some guesses, one cannot be convicted for murder (Burns 2012). The situation is quite same in the murder case of Marcus Donoghue. In this particular case, it is being suspected based on some guesses and incidents that Marcus Donoghue’s wife is the murderer of Marcus Donoghue. There are some evidence based on that Juan Hernandez Alberto is suspected for murder. However, with the help of close observation, it can be understood that all the evidences are based on guesses. There are some evidences that can be happened naturally, as it is natural that Juan Hernandez Alberto comes to the murder place after hearing the news of the murder from the local people and for this same reason, her car was seen there. Like these two evidences, there are some loopholes in the other evidences. When the case is about murder, there must not be any loopholes in the evidences and all the evidences must be concrete that clearly prove that Juan Hernandez Alberto is the murderer of her husband (Bex and Verheij 2012). Thus, for the lack of concrete evidences, the police are required to investigate Juan Hernandez Alberto more.
