Feasibility of the Study
The feasibility of the study can be tested by means of various reliable qualitative and quantitative data analysis. There will be two hypotheses undertaken for the study Null hypothesis and Alternate hypothesis. The scope of Null hypothesis will undertake that Equality Rights Act, 2010 does not have any impact in safeguarding and protecting transgender children. Alternate hypothesis will undertake that Equality Rights Act, 2010 does safeguard such children. In case the acceptance region lies within the scope of the study, it can be deemed feasible.
