In this assessment, I learnt the process of creating an online professional profile. Every one of us is aware of what a social media profile is and how to create it. This is similar to that but the only difference is that the online professional profile would be helpful in getting a proper job after the completion of the academics. The online profile would be looking like my digital curriculum vitae, containing all the relevant information that would be required for making my profile more interesting and presentable. The section containing all the information would be having data like the area of study and the other interest that I have. I have made sure to mention that I have completed which courses in the academic career and how much work experience I have so that I can put across the information regarding having practical knowledge of managing workplace operations. I also made sure to input sub-points with details regarding my practical experience, numeracy, literacy and soft skills trainings. My team members helped me with the whole process, suggesting me to include all details in the profile for me to be getting the perfect profile. I was also suggested to properly explain the job role I was in, as this information would be helpful in my future job prospects and for recruiters to understand my expertise and offer me something similar and better. As a sales executive I had to make sure to offer proficient and understanding customer service within a short span of time. I even mentioned my tenure there, as I was suggested that doing that would also help recruiters in judging my seriousness regarding my responsibilities and the organization. Additionally, I composed a transcript for the video, where I have mentioned all my details to adjust within a one minute video. I mentioned my job profile, the time span and why I would seem like a good choice for these kinds of jobs. I was told to make the video short, but include all the information relevant. I used DeakinAir for trimming the video to make it of one minute. I even learnt that professionalism portrayed would build a good impression, while giving the right details would explain my ability more.
Teamwork Experience
Our team comprised of four members including me. Together we completed a project on wine industry and presented the details on whether or not we would be able to settle ourselves inside that industry as a professional. Some factors of team dynamics are there, on the basis of which team performance can get measured. These are leadership skills, being able to take on roles and responsibilities of self and others too, setting ground rules, making use of reliable methods for developing team performance and being punctual with any assigned work.
All through the project span, I noticed and assessed all these leadership aspects for understanding my team. I noticed two of my team members to be good leaders, with them directing the others in the right direction. It was my personal belief that a team leader must have the capability of directing and implementing their thoughts so that the work gets completed. However, these two made me understand that it is important that everyone in the team must participate equally to bring success for the team. This is why I wish to work with them in future too. On the other hand, one of my team mate possesses a good skill of being able to handle any difficult situation, take the right decision and take notes for prioritizing all the roles and responsibilities. I have learned from research that dividing work load would help set time and allocate resources properly for every role and all the responsibilities would get completed on time. Moreover, this ability of deciding also helped us in setting some rules that we all need to follow. This proved how much team bonding we have and I am sure that in future also we can work together successfully on any project. One more quality I noticed in one of them is looking for tools to help us better our performance or get the work done more easily. This approach helped us complete the project successfully and on time.

Conclusion
It is my conclusion that I have noticed having issues with verbal communication, properly managing my working style, being open, sharing my views and dividing the workload. For that I even made an action plan for improving myself. The huge change that I require is getting better at public speaking and hosting team meetings. This would help me slowly develop myself for any kind of job. Creating an online profile would be helpful for the recruiters to get access to candidates like me.
