The tasks that we did up to the level of the satisfaction

It was an opportunity for us to learn certain traits of the positive lead.  Besides being an interpersonal science leadership trait can be breakdown into the process, as an individual any person can check his personal leadership styles with the help of the breakdown of that we presented in the assignment. It gave us an insight that practicing leadership is a process; each step is necessary and has its own importance in the main process.

We also figured out about the outcomes of practicing positive leadership. It has the power to bring out an impact on the final results of the task where we are leading.  It also gave us an idea that traits of the positive leadership can be polished with the help of certain training programs and this task motivated us to polish our skills for becoming a positive and effective leader in the tasks where we are acting as a leader.

The scoring areas of the presentation  

We successfully covered all the aspects of the topic in a concise manner. We covered most of the main tangents of the exercise as well. It was a vast topic and we were looking forward to creating a presentation that can act as a refresher for this big topic. We successfully placed all the major keywords and explained them in optimum length. It is a balanced presentation that covers the topic in totality.

The aspects of the presentation that needs attention 

We got 15 marks out of the allotted 30 marks, marks are justified, and after a lot of introspection, we find that the design of our visual presentation was not consistent. It was looking like a patchwork. It gave us the lesson that audiences want a consistency of color patterns and fonts while looking at a presentation. More visuals could have been added to explain the concepts. We placed the content in the right places; however, we failed in putting down some corroborative visuals with the content. We did all the right work to place all the theories in a systematic order, however, some gaping holes were present in our speaker notes because we failed in creating a transition from one fact to the other. While presenting a concept to an audience, it is important to come up with the right type of transitions so that the audience can relate to the arguments that we are presenting.
