Introduction 

When there is a study made on a particular subject as here the subject is related to the management, public relations and accounting, there should be some information about the subject.
The phenomenon to maintain a good relationship between an institution or an organization and its public, employees or partners is called public relation.
The activities of public relation ensure the correct information between the organization and its employees or its public which is also called the target audience.
The public relation is used to maintain the image of an organization in the eyes of its investors and stake holders and other who are incorporated with that organization.
There are different kinds of public relation are present, such as in schools the target people are students and their parents similarly for retailers the target people or audience would be customers.

Public relation is capable of maintaining a two way communication between school authorities and the target audience .
The public relations, accounting and management are involved with each other.
Management is a process or a function which is a social process involves group effort that aims at the determined objectives that should be achieved.
In our above example retailers should address their customers very well with nice behavior so that customers become satisfied that in turn helps the organization to achieve the profit.
Accounting is a systematic way to record financial transaction for a business that refers to the process of analyzing and reporting.
Here when there is a transaction made between the customers and the retailer, the transaction should be recorded.

Issues related to management and public relations

Issues are always present there when there is any kind of management related to any kind of business and other fields.
Leadership is a kind of issue, if management is concerned with doing things correct, then the leadership is based on doing right thin which is obvious.
Leaders look at things and focuses on teamwork. Not only that but also on communication.
The leaders are responsible to lead a group, and an organization is incorporated with many groups.
So if there is a lack of good leader then that will be a great issue for the organization ("Apple", 2017).
Another issue for an management is the incorporation of value and benefit.
Value is more important as it is related with how people feel about the end product.
If a product is delivered to a customer which cannot fulfill all of their need but they still value it as a good product.
If a project is done working closely with the people then the product becomes more valuable.
So there are many issues present regarding management as value of a product, leadership problem and other problems are also present.
Risk and talent management are another problems related to the issues of a management (Mong, 2011)

Searching for short term cost saving idea is good for the organization.
Not only the employees but also the employers should have knowledge for the profit of the company.
Taking steps to increase public relation activities is a important criteria to become a profitable company.
The accounts part of the company should be well managed so that the company can prosper in the future time.
