Answers:
Over the years, my mission statement has been to attain the best for my family, for my organization, and for the society in general. This mission has made me remain committed to whatever thing I do because I see myself as one who should attain the best, not only for myself but also for other people around me. My values in achieving this goal have been integrity and selflessness. These values have made me feel that I have a role to play to achieve the best for myself and others. To make my mission successful, there are various things that I need to offer. Some of them include a commitment to work, better leadership, love for others and generosity.
To make my family, my organization and the society attain the best, I have an economic goal of making the company to generate the required tax to the government to improve the well-being of all people. Saundra (2010) affirms that contributing to economic development is fundamental because it transforms the living standards of not only the contributor but also for other people. Attaining business success for my organization will incorporate producing high-quality products to enhance brand image.
Attaining a competitive advantage is also part of my goals, and this shall be achieved through directing the organization to produce products that meet customer expectations, and also ones that will make the consumers see the importance of purchasing from my organization. According to Keohane (2010), all customers are essential in business operations, and therefore I shall strive to serve every segment to satisfaction. For those who rely on me, like for instance, my family, employees and even the society, I view them as significant because they make me feel that I have responsibilities and therefore strive to ensure they attain the best from me.
