Qantas Airlines is the largest airlines in Australia and the fleet size is largest in size  The airline company holds third position in Australian industry in terms of proper establishment on time  The company was established in the year 1920 in Queensland  The nickname of the respective company is The Flying Kangaroo  Base of the respective airlines company is in Sydney  The shares of the respective company was around 65% in the last year and it carries more than 14.9% of the entire number of passengers of Australia  

Meaning of Business Communication 

Proper activity that is concerning proper information through proper exchange of thoughts  This is a process through which the information is properly exchanged between the different individuals through proper system of symbols The basic purpose of the communication is to inform, educate as well as entertain the individuals  

Individuals in the organization sending proper message  The context or the message that has to be sent to the employees and employer of the organization  The individual who is receiving the message  Proper choosing of the method of delivery  Proper content of the entire message  

Advantages of Communication

The stakeholders of the organization are also a major issue for the operations of the company. The integration of the company with the tourism industry of the country is lacking. The issues of communication have created problems within the stakeholders of the company as well. The loss of interest of the investors in the operations of the company. The insufficient levels of communication in the organization. The hazards posed by the management of the company towards the work process of the employees. The lack of communication through digital media. The lack of updating technology in the organization.  

Ways to Solve the Problems  

The most effective manner of resolving the problem related to effective communication in the organization is the introduction of social media communication. Social media is the best way to communicate with the customers of the digital era.  Establishment of transparent system of communication in the organization. Planning activities related to CSR of the organization.  Acquisition of several communication strategies. Arrange feedback programs for the consumers.Qantas Airways should have various strategies related to CSR activities. The transparency of communication needs to be maintained. Strengthening the relationships with the consumers and stakeholders.

Communication is the foundation of an organization. Effective strategies are required to maintain the levels of communication.  Effective communication strengthens the relationship of the management with the employees.  The stakeholders of the company are attracted towards the organization with the help of effective communication.
