It has been seen that if the products are through Amazon online platform then overall sales of the products can be enhanced. There are many customers who rely on the services offered by Amazon so the customer will get more attracted and sale of the products will take place more. Through this trust of the customers can be made and it is easy to induce the customers to purchase the products. There are many customers who give reference to purchase the products when products are sold at a low price (Hugos, 2018).
The disadvantage is related to the fees of Amazon, no brand control and difficult to understand the market infrastructure. It has been seen that to avail the service the customers have to give service or delivery charge which is high also it is important for the company to hire the people who understand the activities.
