Sometimes global business can result in significant disasters for the people of the host country. One such disaster occurred at the Germano mine in the Bento Rodriguez region of Brazil. The mine is owned by Samarco Mineração SA, a joint venture between Vale, a Brazilian based multi-national company and BHP Billiton, an Anglo-Australian multi-national company. How these companies responded to communications leading up to and after the disaster raises questions about their ability to act and communicate ethically in an intercultural and intracultural setting.

Moreover, the ethical dilemma is a problem where a person has to select between immoral and moral act. The disaster occurred due to the confusion between choosing moral and immoral act. Ethical dilemmas occur due to the pressure from the management. These ethical dilemmas can be troublesome for workers to think about, especially if they don't realise what the are the legal guidelines of the company (Garity, 2008). In this manner, it is to the greatest advantage of the Anglo-Australian multinational corporation to give ethical preparing to its employees, to help them recognise unethical conduct and give them tools with which to go along. The Anglo-Australian multinational company should have an ethical approach that spells out its penalties for infractions. Also, the administration must show others how it's done, be demonstrating that the company takes ethics seriously and that violators will be punished by the policies of the company, including possible termination and suspension. These ethical dilemmas can be solved by following some steps which are described below:

Business development professionals need to work with brand, media, and sales people to meet organisation goals and satisfy each customer.
