What is design thinking

Design thinking has been described as a discipline that expresses the understanding of the innovative designers when they try to solve the complicated problems and meet all the needs of the clients. Innovative designing is the method to utilize the technology is the best possible manner and then identify the most potent business strategy for converting the values of the customers in one hand and grab the opportunities present in the market.

Innovation and design mindset

Cairns (2017) has pointed out that design mindset leads to introduce innovation not only in the aspects of business but also in the social programs for changes. This depends on the proper understanding of the needs of people and proper expression in the design (Uebernickel & Abrell, 2016).

A successful design can help the decision makers to understand the design and then take actions to imply it for general good. However, the author has connected social innovation through design with management and business as both these create value for the clients.

Design thinking a human centric approach

Khanduja, Bihola and Dave (2017) the learning of the engineering students has recently included the importance of design mindset so that the innovation programs get advanced support from these future employees of the organization and bring changes in the product innovation (Lande, 2016).
