This system will be helpful in collecting the data and information through an automated system that can collect and process collected data and information and allow effective and efficient communication between the different functions. The interaction between the doctors and the patients are not getting proper communication platform and those have been leading to certain errors and issues for the management of the daily operational activities. The system is needed for allowing the organization to allowing the doctors and the patients to effectively communicate and the specialists need to be informed remotely within the real time. It will eliminate the additional necessity of meeting the doctors including the healthcare tracking of the patients at the same platform.
The changes need to be controlled and processed in an effective and efficient manner that will include the managerial steps for the successful implementation of the proposed change in the existing system of the organization.

Task 2.5 Acceptance criteria
The acceptance criteria will be determined through analysing the satisfaction level of the customers through collecting their feedbacks and suggestions on how effectively and efficiently, the organization have been delivering the services. The system should be fulfilling the needs and the requirements of the customers and thus, the developed system will be operated through using the existing information of the system. Waterfall methodology framework will be utilized for the proper and effective deployment of the software with an easy user interface system allowing the users to feel free to utilize the services. Figure 5: Application architecture
(Source: Created by Author)
The above diagram demonstrates the application architecture framework that will be allowing proper and effective management of the functions in the system. The architecture has to be able to function at three different layers in manner to process and capture the data and information efficiently. User layer will be collecting and processing the final output of the developed system including the management of the clients, medical systems, laboratories, and other real world application.
The middle layer will be database layer that will be processing the information and data collected from the system layer including the information, commands, and functions executed by the system layer. The lower layer has been the system layer describing the all the operational activities those are necessary for the management of the commands provided by the customers or the accomplishment of the operational activities.
