Project Management Methodology
The project tasks will be managed with Agile SCRUM as the methodology. It will provide an adaptive outlook to the Project Manager and the resources of the project team. The methodology has been recommended because of its ability to handle the project changes at any point of time. The scalability and flexibility of the project will be enhanced with the implementation of agile SCRUM methodology (Singh, 2005). The management process will be done in six sprints. Customers will also be kept engaged throughout the project to maintain the transparency levels.
Project Manager will carry out the internal governance for the project. It will be done through a daily team meeting in which all the project team members will be invited. The issues and conflicts for the project will be discussed and resolved in the meeting. There will also be regular reviews that will be conducted by the Project Manager and the members of the steering committee to understand the loopholes and deviations (Rajasekaran, 2015).
External project governance will be carried out by the Project Sponsor to make sure that the project progress is made as per the expectations. The compliance levels will also be determined in the governance procedures.
