Career goal
From the classroom discussion I have learned the way through which the overall operation of the world is changing everyday and how the working efficiency is also enhancing rapidly. As, I am pursuing Bachelor In Technology (B.Tech) thus my short term goal is to merely break into the practical application field of Computer science and Information Technology. As my subject is information technology thus I need to build my career with a strong presence in the IT sector or corporate world. I will enjoy to work as a software developer in the IT sector.
After making my permanent career as a software developer in IT corporate ind
ustry my long term goal is to earn respect from the job role. By serving the job roles accurately I will be able to earn responsibilities also in my organization (Ardies). Finally after reaching the expected career goal by getting a higher designation in a well-known multinational organization, I will try to develop new advances for long term organizational success.
As I am pursuing Bachelor in Technology thus technology plays an important role in my career path. After gaining technical experiences from the study I will be able to utilize this knowledge in the practical field. As I am keen to explore my career as a software developer thus, technology will help me to develop different essential software.
I think that during the four years of my career I have focused on my study to gain technical skills overall. Apart from technical skills I have attended different grooming classes to develop my soft skills (Sampson Jr). I think I have enough potential to compete others due to my technical skills and good speaking skills.

After considering the current competitive market and my desired designation I think that, I will be admiring the, corporate IT sector a multinational IT companies the most. I will feel free and happy to work as a software developer in that organization.
Technology and Information Technology these two terms are closely interrelated to each other and without the support of technology the IT firms will not be able to stand strong (Al-Dulaimi). I think not only for business development but also for gaining competitive advantages from the marketplace, technology is very much essential. The communication skills, the marketing agenda, the overall market productivity, a satisfactory market service and the telecommuting culture will be enhanced after the adaptation of the technology in the IT firm.
I think technology is one of the most essential components that is required to be considered for the market development and for gaining competitive advantages from the marketplace. I think that technology will give these organizations an advantage through which they could compete against their rivals efficiently. With the help of technology the companies will be able to increase its productivity along with quality (Gladies). Not only this, but also the power of technology will lead the business towards peak proficiency. For conveying information between the service provider and the consumers technology is very much essential and it also helps to speed up the working efficiency of the business organizations.
The future
Technology is one of the most important factors that is needed to be considered by the multinational industries. The overall growth in the upcoming future is completely dependent upon the technology and its appropriate implementation. I think that technology progress tracker rather technology monitoring agent will not be exists in the coming future. As technology is rapidly replacing the human factors thus I think in coming future there will definitely a technology based tracker will be placed in the IT enterprises to monitor and track the project or business entirely. The error that might occur by the human will also be reduced completely after the implementation of this technology (Park). I think that in coming next decades the number of human attendant will be decreased completely.
The technology is developing rapidly and replacing effectively the human factors and also reducing the rate of error occurrences also. I think that the job and skill set that are required to be possesses by the employees of the firms are practical presence, leadership quality, motivation power and moreover enough technical knowledge (Verbruggen). In coming five to ten years from now on I think that the implication of technology will grow at its peak; the technology is giving measurable competitive power to the companies to fight against other companies. Technology also provides positive job roles and technical skills to the companies.
