3).Cause-effect diagrams
Cause-effect diagram refers to a visualization tool that is used by organizations to identify, sort and present possible problems the organization may encounter in the line of business (Au.af.mil, 2018). This tool is used to determine the root causes of problems which are deliberated upon by a select team by the organization hence encouraging participation in an organizational setting. It also helps the team to identify possible variations in a business line and instituting possible courses of action to deal with the variations. In developing a cause-effect diagram, the interaction between the causes and specific effect on the process are given special attention.
4).Process scoping diagrams
Process scoping refers to that part of project planning that is concerned with the determination and documentation of a hierarchy of project goals, determine project deliverables, identifying activities/tasks to be conducted and achieved, determining project timelines and the costs associated with the project (WhatIs.com, 2018). Process scope is important because it helps the team to understand the boundaries of the project undertaken, identifies each team with their responsibilities within the process, and also sets up a basement for evaluation of the completed task.
