According to Gustafson et al. (2015), the management of the operations would be done by the help of implemented ICT technologies.

The following assignment had been developed for evaluating the concept of the ICT development by using the case study of Woolworths. The development of the improved ICT services that had resulted in developing some improved functions and operations had helped in the development of the smart operations and development for Woolworths. The deployment of the improved functions and operations had been supported by the analysis of the organization with the help of balanced scorecard, Porter’s five forces, SWOT analysis, and work centred analysis. The report had evaluated the development of the Woolworths Organization and improvement of the functions with the aid of ICT technologies.

It is highly possible that the development of the operations and functions used for the implementation of the organization is managed by the use of ICT technologies. The development of the ICT technologies had been helpful for forming the support to the implementation of the improved functions and operations.
