Telecommunication is one of the growing industries of Australia, many of the service providers managing performance by using proper models. Telecommunication business model has helped the mobile traders to produce technical solution in proper way. Business model of telecommunication service is helping the organization to ensure requirements of the consumer.   Telecommunication business model has included major facility for the organization that belongs from the particular sector. The model is providing facilities like wireless network, fixed line, enterprise and internet.

2. Analysis of business specification

The business specification of the mobile traders’ organization requires better wireless service, fixed-line service, internet broadband facility, and enterprise service in order to sustain the telecommunication service in the Australia. Mobile traders required to record sales details and interface stock in their all shops. Apart from that, this organization requires email service for the organizational stakeholders. Another requirement includes security of the computer service in order to maintain safety of computer systems.

In the above-mentioned case study, business drivers involve growing adoption to Internet of Things,   cross-sector partnership and alliances, digital ecosystem development, alternative operation model adoption, and big data analytics. The organization can use modified system where organization can use wireless system. In order to make the service better organization can investigate email marketing, Migrate to cloud-based service, adopt best security infrastructure, Switch to business phone system (Gluhov & Ilin, 2014).
