The owner of the company was working in big international shipping and courier service organization where he thought that there should be one courier service firm that provides services on the same day pick up and drop at local areas. Thus, there is an establishment of this courier service organization which provide pick up and drop on the same day. The current status of the organization is that is it providing services such as “Overnight services”, “Same day services” and “Three hour service”. Customer can pick any option and provide all the package related information on the website and provide any specific pick up time also. Customer can pay the order amount either at the time of pickup or in online system there is an option for monthly bill. This will help both customer and organization to maintain the payment system monthly.

Business problem

Richard Turpin found that there is no courier service which will pick up and deliver the packages to local area on the same day. Thus, there are customers that disconnected with them as they need delivery and pick up of packages immediately. So, Richard starts this service in this organization and initially he picks the package when any customer shares the message on the mobile with location and pick up timing. Later, Richard observes the presence of business on internet which helps in expanding and growing it fast. Then there was an issue with the payment system which is manual, and then company created an online payment system.
