Introduction
This project is about the "House construction" project management plan. The project management plan covers different aspects of a house development project. The first thing discloses in the paper is the project's background and objectives. It will serve as a guide for the readers to understand the scenario of the whole project. management is to understand project work breakdown structure, Gantt chart, network diagram, and critical path as well. At last, the project covers the budget and quality plan for the project. All these aspects are studied under the study of previous research sources. Moreover, the project time management and project budget are prepared through the use of advanced software which is MS Project and MS Excel. Both of these tools are an important source of the plan the overall schedule of a particular project.
Project Background and Objectives
Project Background
The project is about the preparation of a complete house in Oman City. The premises shall be handed over to the owner no later than 1st August 2019. The contract price for the project will remain at OMR 130,000. Generally, the house will prepare as per the requirements of the owner. It will include a ground floor with four different rooms, one kitchen, and one washroom set. Apart from this, it will also include construction of the first floor with 3 different rooms and one set of the kitchen as well as washrooms. The house will properly cover with the latest tiles and appropriate design and structure. It will involve the groundworks, materials, structure, project management, interior, services, signoff, and exterior systems. Moreover, it also has a pool and garden for the entertainment of family members.
Project Objectives
The project objective is to prepare a well-organized house Design
Accomplish the project within the budget of OMR 130,000.
Project Team Members and their key roles
The project involves a large number of project team members. It is because the home needs to construct within one year from its initial starting date. The key project team member involved in the project is following:
Owner: The owner is the person responsible for the whole management and evaluation of his or her house. The owner will sponsor the Housing construction team members to build his or her house (Alwan, 2017). He or she will remain responsible for providing necessary funds.
Design-Builder: These are the team members who will remain responsible for the overall structural design of the project and will oversee the activities done by the labor and another person.
Architect: The architect will prepare the effective blueprint of the owner's house so that he or she can live effectively with all facilities.
Civil Engineer: These are the individual who directly responsible for the evaluation of construction work. They will guide the team members in performing their tasks and responsibilities (Banihashemi, 2017). This group involves electrical, structural, project manager, mechanics, and various other people.
Landscape: The landscaping team is responsible for the landscaping tasks. It involves the construction of a yard, garden, and pool which will perform by plan mechanics, and other labors (Clevenger, 2017).
Project Stages and Key Deliverables
The project stages and their key deliverables can understand with the help of the 4D model of project management. It is an exciting and appropriate concept for the management of housing and other complex projects
(Burtonshaw-Gunn, 2017).

Define
The "Housing Construction" project is conducted with the sole aim of prepares an attractive and best design house with the presence of a garden, pool, and two different floors. It will start on the 1st of May 2018 and finish on 30th July 2019. It will consume the construction process of one year and three months. In order to accomplish the project as per predetermined timeline, the project management team will keep strict towards their goals and deadline as well.
Design
The design of the house will be unique and different from other nearby
houses. The project will integrate with the following design:
Spacious kitchen with plenty of storage
Creation of keeping rooms
Master bath
Bedroom on both floors (Mubarak, 2015)
Covers entrance
Attractive design pool with best tiles
Garden with plenty of plants
Development
The project development will perform as per the below-mentioned procedure:
From the above-mentioned figure, it can clarify that the implementation process of the house will proceed accordingly. The contractor will remain responsible for the continuous evaluation of Groundworks, materials, structure, and project management procedure of the project so that any delay can avoid effectively (Marsh, 2015).
Deliver
The project delivery will perform by sharing the project quality and progress report (Merschbrock, 2015). It will give surety to the client about the project specifications. At this stage, the owner takes the responsibility of his or her home and makes necessary payments if anything left.
