Employees working in the project stays motivated as he knows the entire functioning technique and feels at pace with the project (Farzianpour, Amirian & Byravan, 2015). In case of EHR there is a probability of happening the same. Providing proper training to the employees increases their adaption power. As the employees are well trained and accuracy of employees increase, output of the employees gets positively affected. Training helps in understanding of the job profile which increases the functional efficiency of the project. Bringing innovation in performing the implementation is a result of proper training (Bajwa, Singh & De, 2017). This helps in making the platform of Electronic Health Record unique and different from other Electronic Health Record platforms. This also reduces competition present due to lack of uniqueness in the platform. Providing training also helps in increasing self-esteem of employees as they have proper knowledge regarding the processing of Electronic Health Record.
