This business research has developed my unique capacity to develop my experiences because I drafted first time to my research proposal. I have gained my learning qualitative and quantitative approaches that improve my discovering competencies and shape my personality characteristics in a personal and professional way. Assignment 2 was beneficial for me to improve my learning due to continue practicing on business exploration. I do not have much efficient searching capabilities that are required for completing the investigation project.
What did I read, see and hear
In this course, I see and read the lecture slides. For better knowledge of the research, I have investigated the topic i.e. Relationship between attendance and Student grades. I also see the YouTube videos associated with the research procedure. I have gathered ample of prominent videos from the expert and professor through all over the globe. In this course, I wrote my two assignments that were related to the literature review and research methodology. I had no much opinion regarding what to perform, however, the integration of YouTube, Google and lecture slides (Žiki?, 2016). As a result, I was competent to complete my task in an easy way.
How was Business Research useful for your Research Learning Process?
The conducted business research was effective in the learning process of investigation in a manner that it entails all sources of data gathering, study with analysis. Moreover, investigations and programs associated with this business research contain the research limitation and time plan that aid me to assess the time required for completing each activity. This business research also aids me to comprehend the business condition in depth (Narula, and Nagar, 2013).

I have gained my conceptual understanding regarding the investigation in a significant way. How does learning experience serve me in a future career?
The experience of learning throughout this business research course enables me to organize my career in a specialized way. Different activities observed through this practical investigation that permits me to use the parameters for promoting the business. I have gained my knowledge regarding attendance and student grades during this course and it helps me for developing the business (Kassarnig, et. al., 2017). In addition, I have increased my comprehension regarding strategies that could be used by teachers to increase attendance as well as student grades. It will support me to make communication in school (Rissanen, 2018).
Conclusion
Throughout this research program, I have gained my practical and theoretical understanding that makes me competent to understand the formulation and methods. It supports me to conduct the investigation in an effective and efficient way. All these learning would aid me to implement it in future in the business progress and develops the strategic policies.
