Any facility which is disclosed to the disclosure policy which Walmart is currently pursuing may be subject to an audit at any point of time. There are mainly three risk categories namely, low risk, medium risk and high risk. The countries within the category 1 will not be required to face an audit on a regular interval. Rather in each year the organisation will select a sample for auditing(Chen & Lee, 2016). Countries within the medium risk category will be required to complete an audit and follow up audit as directed. For the countries in high risk category will be needed to follow the same procedure as medium risk category and an added requirement will be an audit with green or yellow rating prior and after it produces goods for selling at Walmart.
