1. In context to agribusiness environment it has been examined that organizational mission, vision and goals plays a great role in proper planning. Goals and objectives are necessary in context to strategic planning just because it can be easy to turn the mission and vision in a particular target. Goals and objective are concrete and it assist in translating the mission and vision into reality. Through this it can be easy for the companies to achieve profits. If it is not done then impact can be seen on the overall operation of the business and it can be difficult to attain large market share (Bryson, 2018).

2. Styles of leadership with examples

It is considered by the military commanders. Northern Korean dictator Kim Jong is this style of leadership.

Government agencies considered this style. In this civil servants are the best example.

The example can be prime minister of India ( Narendra modi) as his parties fought the assembly elections of Uttar Pradesh in 2017.

Mahatma Gandhi was an example of this style as he believed that individuals lead by the change and be the change.

Carlos Ghosn can be the example as he stated that culture should not be forced by the top management but it should come from bottom (Antonakis and Day, 2017)

Example can be Mother Teresa as he invested her life in serving the people.

3. It is important to have right leadership style in the agribusiness as through this it can be easy to earn profits (Cottrell, 2015).

4. Personal development is related with the activities that improve awareness develop the talents of the individuals. Also personal development is the long term process that helps the employees to focus on the entire goals and objectives.  It is useful in leadership as leaders give direction to the subordinates and if leader is not only developed then it can negatively affect the overall growth of the employees. It is necessary for the leaders to be personal developed so that they can show the direction to the employees (Bolman and Deal, 2017).

5. a. It is necessary to collect, analyze and report data when providing strategic leadership as through this leaders can proper manage the activities and can give right direction to the employees. Right direction is important for the company as it can help the company to grow in the market.

6. It is important to use emotional intelligence for individual and team effectiveness because through this it can be easy to achieve success. To meet the goals of the company is important but to be successful at work require soft skills which emphasize on the ability to communicate effectively. If it is not taken into consideration then it can give negative impact on the overall productivity level of the company (Sherry, 2017).

Conclusion

Therefore, it has been concluded that it is important for the leaders to focus on their employees so that it can be simple to accomplish goals and objectives. In context to agribusiness it is important for the company to have proper focus on the mission and vision of the company. Also there are various leadership styles like autocratic, democratic, Laissez faire and servant leadership which is important to be considered by the leaders so that activities can be smoothly conducted.
