ENG4003 The Systematic Investigation

Research refers to the systematic investigation done by an individual to establish facts, truth principles and collect information in a particular subject. On the other hand, enterprise refers to any organization constituted with the aim to make either profit or provide social needs to the society; thus research and enterprises go hand in hand. Numerous organizations grow depending on the opportunity presented in the market. These opportunities are always identified through extensive market research thus research and enterprises form the significant process for the development since they both support the knowledge activities.

Different organizations and enterprise thus engage in research with the following major agendas: to build on the quality, achieve growth and leverage research and enterprise partnership. The following animated bibliography covers various article, journals, and books that have explored different research opportunities to bring about enterprise development in different countries and organizations.

The journal entitled: Examining how and why to Engage Practitioners from across the Learning Landscape in the Research Enterprise: Proposal for Phonetic Research on Education by Eugene Matusov is about the rate of research done on the educational sector. According to Mustov, the educational enterprise had received less the work on terms of research as compared to other enterprises such as medical, an observation that he made when he visited doctors on his or behalf of his parents. During those visits, Mustov could get references from other works on medical conditions and could not get the same on the educational sector.

The references relate to the topic since it was done to make educational academia to be accountable for their quality teaching practice. The work by Mustov breakdown, all the types of educational sectors, to make the educational researchers that whatever they produce must be consumable to educational practitioners thus will reduce the gap between the student, actual performance and knowledge revealed by good performance.

The article done by Dipankar Mukhopadhyay was based on revisiting the Kothari Commission that was constituted fifty years ago to strengthen the science education system in India and a way of promoting research and enterprise.  The article is related to the topic since it explores the importance of science and technology in India as the basis of nation-building through the researches and innovative ideas brought about to utilize the little available resources to produce greater good and services. Various education commissions such as University, Secondary, and Kothari among many others came up with recommendations of how to foster science education system to increase enterprise output.

The article identifies the challenges that faced the Science and Technology in India in promoting research and enterprise and ways the country worked out to achieve the current status. The country geared science education to the national needs rather not as an aspect to boost ones career’s prospect but to increase the country’s productivity through various enterprises and business sectors.

The journal Nikolas Stroth is a study on the rising rate of the waste in biomedical research and recommendations of ways to reduce the wastes as a way to promote research and enterprise.  The research establishes the substantial advance made by biomedical research enterprise; however, a large amount of waste is experienced d due to the small stakeholder involvement.

The work closely relates to the topic, in that it identifies the factors especially human being as an integral part of the success and failures of the research and enterprises, therefore, through the work one is capable of identifying various ways of bringing the stakeholders into control for the overall success of Research and enterprise. Nikolas Stroth identifies training, mentorship, and maintaining of small laboratories as the key success in reducing biomedical waste during the research and these strategies can also be emulated in other sectors.

The book by Jisung Jung, David D. Dill and Frans A. van Vught on the national innovation and academic research enterprise aimed at determining the public policy in global perspectives. Numerous nations have embarked on the academic institutions as a source of knowledge for the innovations as countries gain a comparative advantage on the basis s of focusing on knowledge-intensive products and services.

This reference relates to the topic since it elaborates the policies that each country aims at implementing to achieve the National Innovation System, the hat is only achieved through the Academic Research Enterprise. Going through the book, the reader is capable of getting all the perspective of various governments from the OECD about the policies and procedures of research and enterprise management to foster the economic development. The three authors, therefore, identified three major parts: academic research, doctoral training and the knowledge transfer that were exhibited in various countries of the study. Finally, the three authors provide implicit, actions for the higher education institutions, such as universities to change from the internal organizations to active interaction to foster extensive research enterprise.

The article done by Joel Kupersmith, on the Advances in the Research Enterprise focused on the clinical research issues.  According to Kupersmith, clinical research enterprise has dramatically changed, hence reducing the bright line that separates the research and clinical care as both are embodied in the concept of learning health care system.

The article directly touches on the topic as it relates to the clinical culture that focuses on creating and using data to improve health care by improving the research approaches to narrow the gap. The gaps foster new types of research such as comparative effectiveness research methods that result in the adoption of electronic health the records. Eventually, these advances bring about good quality in healthcare as all stakeholders needs are adequately met. Joel Kupersmith, therefore, recommends that every research on the clinical aspects should set standards for both the healthcare providers and patients to create a line between the research and enterprise.

The research article by Amelina Ahmeti and Irida Gjermeni aims at exploring the impact of computer science in Albanian Agribusiness. Most of the agribusiness enterprise use conventional methods of management, and however, due to current technological advancement, computer science has been incorporated into agribusiness enterprise to aid various activities such as marketing.

The reference is related to the topic since it researches on the impact of computer science on the Albanian agribusiness, hence helping to encourage the adoption of the technique in ensuring improved productivity of the sector. The article identifies various program and presentations hence helping the managers and other employees to speed up their performance.

The article by Oana Coca and Gavril ?tefan on the conceptual approaches regarding the impact of innovation on the enterprise's performance showed that global innovation has a significant influence on the growth and performance of every enterprise.

The reference is related to the topic since it entails innovation and the growth of the enterprise that is determined by the extensiveness of the market research carried out by the organization. From the article, it is realized that as innovation improve productivity, the technical process tends to reduce operation cost leading to the improvement of internal skills and long-term competitiveness of the enterprise. Innovation from the researches allows companies to gain competitive advantage, and this can only be maintained through continuous research on the better ways and techniques.

The journal by Mihail Busus on the statistical techniques for detecting anti-competitive behaviors of the enterprises aims at exploring the methods that cartels in the current business exploit consumers through various methods such as price fixing, output limitation, and bid rigging among many others.

The reference is related to the topic in that ion the current competitive business world; several enterprises do extensive market research to determine strategies that will make them remain relevant in the market. However, some of the strategies uses tend to be unconventional; thus Busu tends to research ways that have never been identified.

The article identifies analytical methods such as ring detection based on improbable events, prices and cost information, sales prices coordination and on the market share. These techniques are valuable since they assist business enterprises to research and determine the best opportunity to place their bids.

The article by Maria Urbaniec on Sustainable Entrepreneurship: Innovation-Related Activities in European Enterprises aimed at analyzing the role of innovation-related activities in European business by sustainable entrepreneurship. This was facilitated by the global challenges facing economic development such as social and ecological problems that need extensive research to ensure the sustainability of the entrepreneurship.

The reference relates to the topic since it covers a different type of sustainable entrepreneurship such as green entrepreneurship and environmental entrepreneur that does not only add quality to products, services, offer opportunities but also offer opportunities for enterprise research and investment.

The article is valuable since it identifies the EU companies that have focused on research to foster innovation on various enterprises and at the same time tends to protect the environment for the future benefit. This aspect that is not realized among many of the EU companies that have a relatively high level of innovation and less engagement of enterprises towards on sustainable entrepreneurship.

Gang Sun and Wei-Li Xia’s journal on enterprise management innovation ability assessment under low carbon economy circumstances with hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic information aimed at understanding how China’s enterprise can make it in the fiercely competitive market.

The article is related to the topic since it explores the management issues of innovation, which is the eternal theme of the survival and development of every enterprise. Therefore from the article, the enterprise is capable of addressing all the problems through the use of every mitigation aspect that was discovered from various researches. Consequently, the research has shaped China's way of research, innovation and enterprise management under the low carbon economy through the identification of process such as induced hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic correlated geometric. The development of Innovation Theory and the Theory of Economic Development have facilitated the innovation competency of various firms and enterprises which are the main source of innovation in different countries such as China.

The article by Kalaman, Volodina, and Mandrikin entitled on Innovative Development Strategy Formation for Modern Enterprise analyses the concept and relationship of innovation and the state expenditure on the research. This because the development of innovation such as energy saving and high-performance technologies have been categorized as the leading priorities in most countries such as Ukraine.

The article examines different models used in technological advancement, for example, Japan Model encourages research and technological advancement on specific areas such as robot building and large tankers while countries such as Australia, Spain, Cana, and the USA encourage corporate investment. It also deduces that there is an increased pattern of innovation in enterprises that have fully embarked on production and service quality research.

Nat M. J. Wright, Philippa Hearty, Linda Harris, Andrew Burnell, Sue Pender, Chris Oxnard, and George Charlesworth worked on research that explored the research readiness in social enterprises health services. The social enterprises comprise business that trade for social and environmental purposes with the aim of reinvesting all the surplus back to the society rather than making a profit.

The article relates to the topic since the social organizations are perceived as a business that aims at creating job opportunity while tackling the environmental and social challenges hence elevating the quality of stakeholder’s life.

Therefore, there is a potential need for the social enterprise to conduct health reteaches and the article provides all the strategies and methods that are required by these organizations to support research such as employee training, funds, and competency. Additionally, various agencies such as government and Care Quality Commission tend to inspect the process to ensure that the procedure is standardized just like any other research and enterprise entity.

The modern enterprise's characteristics have shifted from factors affecting the quantitative consumer factors such as price, quality to quantitative factors such as social recognition emotional justification and urgent needs among others. The shift of these consumer values of goods, therefore, calls for extensive research for such enterprises.

The journal by Yuan Yuan, Zhang Liming, Zhou Rui,Siyuan Du and Jirui Yang on the enterprise’s organization innovative climate based intuitionistic fuzzy number. Yuan and the colleagues identify innovation as the effective weapon for every enterprise action plan for a competitive advantage in the market. However, these enterprises face dynamic complexity and uncertainty that is brought about by the economic globalization thus all need to upgrade their organization innovation climate.

The article provides ways of transforming the innovative qualitative indicator of an organization to quantitative indicators. The value of the article is that out provides the formula that helps any researcher to determine not only the qualitative advantage of the innovation to the enterprises but also the qualitative nature. The use of evaluation index system of enterprises innovative organizational climate based on intuitionistic fuzzy number is quite instrumental to many researchers and entrepreneurs and entails indicators such as cultural publicity, organizational support, team cooperation, work design, and leadership efficiency.

The article done by Fabio Vizeu entails on the ethics and or success in conducting Organization Studies. Vizeu identifies the current world as a world of organization research, since most of the organizations are research-based, trying to identify better ways of doing things. However, the research process needs to follow precise rules and procedures to achieve the objectives, and Vizeu terms these as ethics. The research done by him is relevant to the topic since it reports on the management practices that should be emulated by every research and enterprise organization.

The value of this work is to eliminate the critics on the researchers as unethical through showing some of the various ways of research practices should be carried such through Habermas view of discursive ethics and strategic action in all researches that are done. The authenticity of researches is always based on the reports on the findings and discoveries among many other ethical requirements.

The article by Richard Dembo explores the need to restructure the substance misuse behavioral science research enterprise. The work was facilitated by first the recent increase in the conceptual and methodological sophistication on the prevention and treatment services. Secondly, the decline of the efficacy cost and benefit of these services.

The article closely relates to the topic since it covers both on the research and enterprise. The significant need to restructure the type of research conducted rather than focusing on the secondary data that has led to the increased substance misuse behavior among the practitioners in the enterprise and other groups such as Native Americans and African-Americans. Therefore, any researcher going through the article can identify the need for more research and the importance it will bring on the substance use among all the stakeholders.
