This is just like assignment 1, except you should maintain a formal tone. And just like assignment 2, you will need to support your points with credible sources. You’re ready to take a position on the topic you have been writing about and to be persuasive!
Compose a three-four (3-4) page paper in which you do the following:
- Use third person point of view (POV) and the appropriate voice and tone throughout your paper.
- Did you use third person pronouns? (he, she, they, their)
- Does your personality carry over in your writing? Are your word choices personal and consistent?
- Is the tone formal? Does it express your atitude about the topic?

Introduction
Children needs the most love and care from their parents as well as from the people that surrounds them. It is a matter of great responsibility to manage a child. Taking care for children has become a rising concern in the contemporary world. The reason for this is to shape the personality of a child. From the caregivers to the administrators to the state licensing agents, everyone who are involved in a day-care’s operation helps to shape the experience of a child. In the busy world where both the parents are working the child should be kept in a safe day-care centre. This is the reason finding a good day-care should be the primary concern.
The other point that should be taken into consideration is the fact that a good day-care should be such that will have a loving environment where the child will be able to socialize themselves and it should be loving and safe for the child.
Parents should make a complete research and should spare time to gather information regarding the child-care centre where they would like to keep their child.
The child care is commonly known as the day-care includes the supervision of a child or multiple children at a time. It is important to understand the entire concept of the child care. Child care includes organizations that is assigned with the duty of looking after a child (Bruce, Meggit & Grenier, 2013). It is usually done by baby-sitters, nannies or the teachers. It is a broad topic that covers a wide spectrum of professionals, institutions, contexts, activities, social and cultural conventions. The development of a child is often overlooked. The child care is the place where the children are taken care and they are taught new things (Hujala, Fonsén & Elo, 2012). This is their second home. The reason for finding well day-care for the children is the reason that the children are required to have a formal training. While staying in the day-care the children learns to take care of the other children. This can be considered as the first step towards making the child responsible towards their family and society as a whole (Brennan et al., 2012).
There are cases where the day-care have not taken enough care of the children. They suffered from physical torture where they were beaten up by the care takers. This is the reason it is important to take a complete information of the centres before enrolling the children in those centres. There are different types of chid-care centres that should be selected effective. One type of care system is the child’s home. It is typically provided by the nannies or friends and the families. The child is watched inside their home which could expose them to the outside children (Britt Drugli & Mari Undheim, 2012). There is a loophole in this system. In the absence of the parents the nanny might not treat the children in a good way. The other type of child care that exists is the provider’s home. In this the family child care providers care for children in the provider’s own home. They look after children of different age groups. This helps the children to develop a sense of trust and security. The other form of child care centre is the centre based child care (Tayler et al., 2013). In this the teacher lays his focus on the mental as well as the physical developments of a child. They try to develop a relationship with the children. This type of teaching is done with extra care and this improves the moral of a child. The child-care centres range from small home based operations to large commercial centres. Judging it from the business point of view it can be mentioned that the centres will be able to make a lot of profit from this. It is possible to play a key role in the overall development (Barnett et al., 2013).
While concluding it can be mentioned that the demand of the child care centres have increased in the recent years. In the recent years it has been observed that both the parents are into any kind of working field and they are unable to take the responsibility of their child. This is the reason they look for the child-care centres that looks after their child. In other words it can be said that the tutors in the child are would play a major role in shaping the personality of a child? The most important impact that has been laid on the child care issues is the new, 24 hour global market. The occupations that have high number of employees those who are working at nights and at weekends find obtaining quality child care an even greater challenge. Hence, it can be said the increasing demand of the child care systems is an inevitable factor.
