CST3530 Security and Network Forensics | Explore in Cyber security

I am kindly applying a study on electrical security and digital forensics course in your university, Middlesex University. Being your student in my undergraduate course in computer science I chose to exploit my education field with your University in my master course. I have great reasons which have majorly contributed to my aspirations in this area of security and forensics. First I have a dream to pursue a career in cybersecurity and I strongly believe graduating on Electronic security and Digital forensics in your university will be of great contribution in my career goal. Having a basic knowledge in computing and programing I believe exploring in the above name course will be innovative in my career (Furnham, 2010 p.87-94).

Relevant experiences and responsibilities

I have loved and got a lot of interest in computing since I started my secondary school education .I later joined the audio-visual equipment which strengthened my interests into technology and equipment. I came to learn that technology and computing occupy great percentage in the current world. Most of the upcoming organization have shifted from manual to digital performance which creates a big room for research and investment in technology (Boss, 2013 p. 9139-9143).

To satisfy my aspiration I enrolled in computer science course for my undergraduate in Middlesex University. In the final year project I researched on the field of Accessing the performance and system requirements of open source intrusion detection systems (IDS).In this project, I determined the effectiveness of the software to the surrounding and its performance and contribution to the field of technology.

In the research, I discovered the major problems influencing the effectiveness of internet and threats Effected by cybercrime to the word. These problems have greatly affected the organizational growth and this has influenced my further studies in the university as the way of finding the solution in my future career. The threats have also affected the economic growth of many countries. Previous researches that were done on the intrusion detection system still remain wanting as they have failed to completely finish the cybercrime and related threats. This satisfies my need for innovating in this field with aims to join in solution bringing process (Jones, 2012 p.567).

Educational background professional goals.

I have completed 2:2 for undergraduate in BSc in computer science at Middlesex University. In my course I obtained Second Class Honor (lower division).In the course, I have   also developed skills in computing which will help me in electrical security and digital forensics course as the two are closely related .My professional plan is to explore in cybersecurity after graduation in Master Degree in Electronic security and Digital forensics. Specialization in my future career will not only bring the solution for the threats generated by the cybercrime but also it will generate job opportunities for the people (Tipa & Bobirnac, 2010 p.465).

After am through with my MA course I would also like to further my studies in the same field through doing my PHD while still expand my career. I kindly believe that the university will be willing to assist me in academic field and career field.
