In conclusion, for an organization to align with agile transformations and keep the pace to the fundamental changes occurring, there is need to indulge a framework that would aid in countering these demands. To achieve that, adoption of the 4 HR lense framework has been proven to be effective (Boon et al., 2018, pp.34-67). For instance, change previous leadership style is inevitable for the agile transformation to take place effectively. Leadership and management structures are the backbone for organization’s successful transformation. The organization’s culture is another vital tool for agile transformation to take place as it drives the motives required for a smooth transformation. Additionally, existence of technology promotes progressive efficiencies in facilitating training and development for a successful transformation. Finally, recruitment of personnel with adequate competence and skills that are agile to adapt to change and transformation (Kurtz et al., 2017,). With collaboration and coordination of the four frameworks, an organization would undergo a successful transformation without hindrances.
