Emma & Tom is a well renounced Juice Company founded in Australia by Emma Welsh and Tom Griffith. It is a healthy food organization which is varied and dynamic and it supplies fresh whole fruit juice and thus it takes care of the risk policy of the company. The customers are happy since the company constantly supplies the people with nutritious whole fruit products which are healthy as well as tasty (Bowie et al, 2016).

In the company there are both internal as well as external stakeholders. The internal stakeholders are the employees, owners and also the managers. The external stakeholders are the customers, suppliers, and the Government which are also critical for the growth and development of the company.

The mission and vision of the company is “Look after yourself”. This is the tagline which helps the company to win over the external stakeholders. The company is committed to help the Australians, the customers in providing them with nutritious whole fruit juice which are of great taste (Müller et al, 2016). The stakeholders of the company is concerned about the nutrition in the juice, thus the company have stressed on four themes which includes innovation, people, nature, and “Danone for All”.

The management theories used in stakeholder analysis are:

Focus on external stakeholder (Producers)  : The company has build up their business and they are constantly trying to create the producers through channel sales and creating distributor for the brands which delivers to the customers a wide variety of fresh whole fruit smoothies, and the life bars packed with fruit, seeds and nuts, refreshing quenchers and the sparkling fruit juice.

Focus on external stakeholders (Customers): The second strategy is to strictly focus on the quality of the products. Their products are nutritious and they are able to supply daily fiber requirement through their juices to all the customers. This makes the customers satisfied. The juices supplied by the company are free from the preservatives and the added sugar or artificial flavors or colors which makes the juice fresh and natural (Campher, 2017).

Focus on external stakeholders (Local Community): This Juice Company donates around $100,000 juices to all the customers. They have the fund raising events and charity every year named as Peter Mac Callum Cancer Centre, Pink Ribbon. This helps the company to serve the community as a whole

Determination of how shared value could be created by developing the relationship with internal stakeholders 

The internal stakeholders are the equity shareholders as well the owners who contribute in the capital of the Company for the growth and sustainability of the business. The company is directly dependent upon their contribution. The decision taken by the owners and the management affects the Company at large. Thus a very sound understanding and planning techniques are required to be used so that there is return in the long run.

The management techniques helps in creating the shared value which helps the company to meet the social mission of the company existing in the corporate culture .The shared mission helps the company in constantly channeling their resources and thus helps in development of innovations which can help the company solve the social problems.

In order to create the shared value opportunities it is vital to use the core processes of management such as strategic planning and budgeting. This helps in establishing a culture that exposes the best in employees of the juice company (Kasperson et al, 2105). When Emma Welsh focused on the quality and the nutritious value of the juices it became a part of the business strategy, which helped the company to become one of the renounced Australian owned juice producing company

The focus on the strategic areas of the business is very crucial .The key area where the stakeholder creates value is dependent on the:
