Research background 

In the current era, it is effective for the organization to comprehend the interest and new technology for addressing issues of the purchaser. Moreover, the attractive interest rate could be an important aspect to retain a purchaser. The organization could also improve their understanding towards the new advances and comprehend new ways for the accomplishment of desire goal (Mackey and Gass, 2015). Furthermore, it is examined new technology offer an opportunity to directly communicate with their purchaser and comprehend their issues that will be effective for making a reliable solution with respect to the current issues of the consumer. It could also be vital for increasing the consumer’s satisfaction level towards the goods and services of the organization.

Research significance

This research will be imperative for increasing the understanding of the role of shoppers in putting descending weight on costs and interest in new advances and the improvement of new technology that address the issues of purchasers. This research also supported to increase the understanding in the context of research methodology that could be imperative for the accomplishment of the desired goal. It could also be imperative to improve research skills as well as conceptual information in the context of research matter. These research tools are research strategy, research design, data collection method, data analysis method, ethical method (Taylor, Bogdan, and DeVault, 2015).

Research methods 

Research methodology could lead to select the research tools and techniques for making a reliable decision in the context of the current matter (Flick, 2015). There are certain tools and technology that could be considered in the research methodology like research strategy, research design, data collection method, data analysis method, sampling method, and ethical consideration. These are discussed as below:

Research strategy

In this research, both literature review and surveys through questionnaire strategies would be used by an investigator. Surveys through questionnaire would be used to capture the primary information regarding research issues. In this way, a survey would be conducted on different shoppers (Bresler, and Stake, 2017). Furthermore, close-ended questionnaire structure would be used to frame the questions that would aid to understand the research concern. This would be beneficial for attaining the aim and objectives of investigations (Mackey, and Gass, 2015).

Literature review strategy would be used to capture the secondary information about research concern. There are different sources of secondary data collection such as journal articles, textbooks, and online websites. These are beneficial to gather the opinion of different authors regarding research concern. Thus, it is significant to gather relevant and authentic information in the research study (Silverman, 2016).

Research design

In this investigation, a mixed research design would be beneficial for assessing the research. This research design would be selected as it contains the characteristics of both qualitative and quantitative research design (Ledford and Gast, 2018). In such a manner, qualitative research design would be beneficial for gathering the conceptual information with regards to research issues (Taylor, Bogdan, and DeVault, 2015). Along with this, quantitative research design would be essential for pooling the statistical information associated with research issues. Furthermore, qualitative data would be gathered through literature review and quantitative data would be pooled via survey through questionnaires. This would lead to attaining research aim and objectives of investigation (Flick, 2015).

Data collection methods

In this dissertation, both primary and secondary data gathering technique could be beneficial for pooling the information about research issues. In such a manner, primary data would be gathered through survey through a questionnaire. This would aid to collect the fresh and first-hand information regarding research issues. Together with, secondary data would be collected via different sources such as journal articles, textbooks, academic publications, and online websites. This would be beneficial for gathering the authentic data as it is already published by different authors (Bresler and Stake, 2017).

Data analysis method      

In this research, a researcher will use data analysis method to evaluate the collected information about the research matter (Smith, 2015). There are two kinds of methods that will be used by an investigator named qualitative and quantitative data analysis method. In the qualitative data analysis method, the researcher will evaluate the conceptual data and meet aim and objectives. Apart from this, it is evaluated that the quantitative data analysis technique could be vital for examining statistical data in the context of current research issue. These methods will be imperative to research at the reliable conclusion.   

Sampling method

Sampling method could lead to select suitable sample size to perform this study as well as meet the research aim and objectives. In the sampling method, there are two kinds that are considered in the sampling method like probability and non-probability sampling method. In this research, the investigator will give more priority to the probability sampling method rather than a non-probability sampling method. Since this method could lead to randomly select research candidates for performing research and accomplish their desired goal. Further, the non-probability sampling tool could create biases in the research hence this method will not be practiced by a research scholar. This research is subjective in nature hence the researcher will select the probability sampling method (Quinlan, Babin, Carr, and Griffin, 2019). 

Ethical consideration

Ethical consideration is beneficial for completing the research in an ethical way. During the research, an investigator can face different ethical challenges such as plagiarism issues, copyright concern and privacy issues (Bryman and Bell, 2014). In this way, an investigator will follow the privacy act to keep confidentiality of participants during and after the research as well as securing the data (Ledford, and Gast, 2018). Moreover, a researcher will use their own words for avoiding the plagiarism issues. In this way, the researcher will give a proper in-text citation in each paragraph to eliminate the copyright concern. The researcher will also use secondary information through second-hand sources to support the primary data. This would lead to complete the research in an ethical way (Ledford, and Gast, 2018).        

Research timeline 

The research timeline could be imperative for the accomplishment of research objectives. The research will select suitable methods for accomplishing the research objectives (Dang, and Pheng, 2015).The following research activities will consider by the researcher to conduct their research:
