This paper aims to discuss the example of decision making based on ethics and righteousness. In this paper, a call to decision will be discussed from personal experience and the basic principle of ethics such as the Principle of justice has been discussed.

I used to work in a multinational organization situated in the city of New York in the United States of America. As the country is full of diverse culture and ethnic groups my organization was also full of employees with diverse cultural background. After I joined as the manager I found that there are some instances of discrimination among the employees on the basis of race, ethnicity, culture and language which is directly affecting the internal environment of the firm and huge number of employees is leaving the firm. This unethical behavior among the employees was to immediately eliminate otherwise the production of the company was falling and so also the reputation (Lodhia, 2015). This is the reason why I took immediate actions on the basis of some policies.

I mandated some rules which lead to punishment to those employees who will discriminate among their colleagues to create teams for production. In this regard the fundamental ethical principle of Justice guided me to feel the obligation to provide all those victim employees with whatever they deserve (Mechling, Gast & Lane, 2018). This guided me to impose no unfair burdens on them so that they can also be a part of success of the organization. Thus the situation cam under control and I was able to build a strong workforce.
