ons. The global strategy of operations management states that standardised and cost effective products are sold by an organization. The main aim of the strategy is to promote the flagship of the business through the establishment of cross cultural relationships (Galindo& Batta, 2013).
The translational strategy overlaps with the global strategy in the areas of providing cross cultural business through inclusion of people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Thus, the hard rock cafe had begun with a global strategy by introducing the amalgamation of a number of different merchandises (Carnes et al. 2015). The cafe though initially started by Tigrett and Morton in 1768 was later acquired by the Seminole tribe of Florida. Thus, the start up had seen a huge transition in its business strategies from the early times to the current decade.
The hardrock cafe had been using an old, existing domestic model. However, the cafe had established a number of joint ventures by collaborating with the local sports team and sponsoring the hardrock merchandises for the team. The hardrock cafe can apply the international strategy further in order to gain an upper hand in the competitive market. Apart from organising casino games the hard rock cafe can manage the quality of the products and services as one of its top management operations strategy(Smith, Maull, & CL Ng, 2014). This can help the cafe in attracting more customers by providing different and diverse food products.
