Hi, my name is _______ and I am a graduate from _______ College at the University of _________ with a degree in ________. I am looking to apply for the managerial job as I have experience in the same field. I enjoy the challenge of working in teams. As much as I love to work in teams, I feel that they need to be managed effectively. While I was pursuing my internship at _______, I gained experience and training to work with people having different ideas, perspectives and way to work. I am a detail oriented individual and have been a team leader on several occasions. Such exposure has helped me through my academic career. I have spent a lot of time looking for an organization that would truly appreciate the presence of a leader. I believe that my skill set and interests are a great match for this organization.
When I was pursuing my role as a team leader, I considered different opinions and perspectives of people. I faced hardships as I had low confidence level and was not able to deliver my thoughts properly. Where there is more than one opinion, there are likely to be tiffs and conflict. In my experience, I learned to resolve conflicts among my team members and creating a positive environment. I feel delighted that I received great support and knowledge from my peers who allow and encourage me to push the limits.
