Due to the increased number of employees, there is need to add more devices in the company. New locations will be leased and a plan need to be made on how the employees will be distributed. This as a result of hardcopy submission of time sheets. The pay slip is done on paper and employees loss their pay slips. Another issue is that the computers used in the office have slow processing capabilities leading to the employees perform their duties slowly. Employees also work for long hours.
