In the case of the Tesco, leadership roles and the change in their leadership gone wrong, this further had negative implications on their business operation. In the late 2016, Tesco was going through the change in their upper level management settings. It was witnessed that the change in the leadership roles are having negative impact on the employees. It was also witnessed that the competitive advantages gained by Tesco from their employees are slowly being faded away. Various issues such as employee turnover and demoralization of the employees are being emerged. Thus, they are in the need of effective leadership strategies to overcome these issues.
