Diversity practices and experiences impact the personal behavior as it can be seen that if in the workplace  people who are from rich background are given more priority then it can impact the behavior of the individuals who are from low background.  Also the impact can be seen on inter personal relations where employees from different background will not feel good in talking with the other employees. For example:  The employees who are Muslim will not speak with Hindu background people in the workplace (Boehm, Kunze and Bruch, 2014).

The perception level of the employees can also be impacted by considering the diversity practices and experiences in the workplace. It has been seen that due to the experience which the people face in the workplace can also affect the overall level of perception or way of thinking of the employees. Through diversity practices the impact can also be seen on the overall social expectation of the people. If the employee in the workplace does not like to talk to the Muslim employee in the workplace then his or her behavior will impact the other employee (Sue, Rasheed and Rasheed, 2015). So, it can be seen that mindset of the employees related to not Muslim people can be generated and they will also not interact with the people living in the society.
