Part A

Create a rational function that has all the characteristics listed below. You will be evaluated on your problem-solving and communication skills. Your mark will depend on how many of these characteristics you have been able to incorporate in your function, and how well you are able to justify your reasoning. Submit your work, as one document, through Google Classroom.

Your final product will:

• State the rational function you have created in factored form.[ie. h(x) = f(x)/g(x)]
• Include a graph, or graphs of the function, created using a graphing software program (such as Desmos or Geogebra), which includes all parts and important features of the function, as well as scales on each axis
• Include a concise explanation of how you know your function satisfies each characteristic on the list. Use algebra to support your explanation.
