The main aim of this coursework is for a group of students to work as a team to analyse the current business model of a selected company through using an appropriate business analysis technique. Choose from one of these common tools, including SWOT, MOST, PEST/PESTLE, or BPM. Two web links have been provided to help you select the right tool. Following your analysis, you are required to make specific recommendations what this company should do in order to improve/grow its global competitiveness and market share. Please note the word limits is 2500 words not including appendices or diagrams.
