Leading Organisational Change Formative Assessment
Part 1:
Description of Assessment Task and Purpose:
Critique of one change project (2000 words / equivalency)
You have selected one change project that either you led or participated in as an employee. Each week you have critically evaluated your practice through the theoretical lens of the topic being studied supported by your ALS. Drawing from your critical evaluations and discussions present an appraisal of your own capacity to engage and lead people through a change initiative. Your critique should be based on your analysis of your own leadership style. In your discussion you will need to demonstrate the deeper understanding that you have acquired both for your own practice and at a wider organisational level. [2000 words, LO1, 2 and LO4,]
This element of assessment is worth 60% and should be 2,000 words (+/- 10%).
At the end of week four you may submit a draft of your assignment and you will receive feedback to support your final portfolio.

Part 2:
Description of Assessment Task and Purpose:
Communication Plan (1000 words / equivalency)
In the light of your learning from Part 1 of the portfolio using the same change project that either you led or participated in as an employee present a communication plan to ensure that all key stakeholders are engaged with a change process [1000 words, LO3 and LO5, ]
This element of assessment is worth 40% and should be 1,000 words (+/- 10%).
To support your learning, you should use the feedback received from your draft assignment of task 1 at the end of Week 4.
You should use this feedback to improve your final submission.
