In this final study session, you will revisit reflection as a process of learning, both in study and in the workplace. As a reminder, reflective learning is a deliberate process of thinking about your actions and what you can learn from them. It is increasingly valued in both study and the workplace because it involves systematically thinking about your work or actions and how they can be improved in the future. Reflection is increasingly becoming part of annual appraisals across a range of business sectors.
