One hour in class, and one hour on-line. Write a report (not essay) and include a training plan/schedule for a training assistant to a group of between 25- 30 individuals. The location is the room we have the L & D weekly sessions. The individuals are working either part-time or full time. Your report is to contain explanations of why you chose your training approaches, activities and methods and evidenced from academic sources. Descriptive content is to be kept at a minimum in the report.
